Acreage buyers check list

When Buying an acreage, it is important to use an agent that has experience with the

multitude of items that you should consider. Not all property is equine or bovine

friendly. Even though it may have land is it good land?

Consider the following: 1. Water rights, be sure to verify them, don’t just take someones
